Mr. James "Jim" Kolonko serves as PBL’s President. Jim has almost 50 years of experience administrating federal and state contracts and grants and overseeing the business operations of large (multi-million dollar) science projects. Jim's administrative career began at the University of Wisconsin in the 1970's and continued at UCLA beginning in 1987 where he worked up to his retirement in 2014. Jim, along with Dr. Delbert Larson, founded Particle Beam Lasers in 1984, serving as President and Treasurer.
